Shipping policy

UK Deliveries

Orders are dispatched the next working day (Monday–Friday) from our UK warehouse using a tracked delivery service. Once your address is entered at checkout, the assigned courier and estimated delivery timeframe will be displayed. The delivery times are estimates only & are not guaranteed. A next‑day delivery service is available on most products. 

We reserve the right to use an alternative courier of equivalent speed if your chosen courier becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances.

We send out all our devices with insured delivery. If the tracking shows that the order has not reached you, we will issue a full refund.

If the courier was unable to complete delivery due to the recipient being unavailable, they will typically attempt delivery one or two more times. If all attempts are unsuccessful, the parcel will usually be returned to us after approximately two weeks. Once received back at our warehouse, a refund will be issued for the product cost only, minus any shipping fees & return costs to receive it back.

International Deliveries

Same terms as UK deliveries apply, except for the following exclusions:

  • Customs Clearance – Orders are sent out DAP (Delivered at Place). Any customs fees/taxes (VAT) are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price. The courier will contact you via email to make the payment. (There is no paperwork involved. The courier will sort everything on your behalf.) If these charges are not paid and the parcel is returned to us, no refund will be provided. The same applies if the courier has said they attempted to contact you for help in clearing customs and no one answered their question, or insufficient information was provided. 
  • Dispatch Time – International orders may require an additional 1–2 working days for dispatch, depending on the courier’s collection schedule. The exact dispatch time can be seen on the order page once the address has been entered.
  • Delivery Options – Next-day delivery is not available for international shipments.
  • Products - Phones are UK/EU models. Laptops are UK models with UK keyboards. 

Collection from warehouse

If preferred, collection can be arranged from our office in London (NW11 postcode). Collection is only available when a time has been pre-arranged with a member of our team. Please note that for higher-value items, a valid ID (Passport/UK driver's license) is required upon collection.
