Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy for consumer orders*, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note, that only physical items are eligible for returns. All software products cannot be returned once the order has been placed.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original sealed packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns procedure
To start a return, select the order from your purchase history, choose 'Return this item' & select 'Changed my mind' as the reason for the return. If you did not create an account when you placed the order, you will need to contact us at support@tech-wizz.co.uk to arrange a return.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted & a deduction will be made.
Please note that return labels are non-refundable & covered by the buyer. It is always advisable to use a tracked & insured delivery service.
Deductions
If a return is sent back to us with the original box unsealed/opened, a 20% deduction of the purchase price will be applied. If the device has been damaged, further reductions to the refund may be applied at our discretion.
If the courier was unable to complete delivery due to the recipient being unavailable, they will typically attempt delivery one or two more times. If all attempts are unsuccessful, the parcel will usually be returned to us after approximately two weeks. Once received back at our warehouse, a refund will be issued for the product cost only, minus any shipping fees & return costs to receive it back.
European Union 14-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, still sealed in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase & the return label including customs & duties must be sorted by the buyer. If the courier was unable to complete delivery due to the recipient being unavailable, they will typically attempt delivery one or two more times. If all attempts are unsuccessful, the parcel will usually be returned to us after approximately two weeks. Once received back at our warehouse, a refund will be issued for the product cost only, minus any shipping fees incurred for the order.
Damages and other issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue, check the CCTV footage and make it right if requeired.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 1-2 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

*B2B orders are excluded. Standard warranty still applies.
